Maple Syrup Saturday

Maple Syrup Saturday will be held March 20th at the Gordon Bubolz Nature Preserve, 4815 N. Lynndale Dr., Appleton form 10am-3pm. tours of the Preserve's syrup producing process begin with a hike through the woods for a look at the sugar bush. You will learn about trees, quallity of sap, methods of harvesting, final procesing and bottlling the syrup. After the tour, guests will have the opportunity to taste fresh maple syrup over ice cream. Admission Charged. For more information call 920-731-6041.
