Picnic on the Prairie at Woodland Dunes Nature Center, Friday, September 3rd from 6-8:30pm. Bring a picnic and enjoy the sounds of award winning children's entertainer Randy Peterson from 6:30-7:30pm as he serenades you with fun family songs. Between 6-8pm, take a stroll on our new Coneflower Trail and stop at the stations to learn about the plants and animals that become active as the sun sets on the prairie. Bring a blanket or chairs to set-up for the concert and picnic. Program takes place on goodwin Road off of Woodland Drive, look for signs. This program is free!
