Jack & Tire Run Combo

Jack & Tire Run Combo - works shoulders, back, abs, butt & legs

 

Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by sides. Do 4 jumping jacks.

Immediately afterward, do a high-knee run in place. Bring left knee up and bent right elbow forward, then right knee up and left elbow forward.

Repeat high knees 3 more times.

Alternate between jacks and high knees for 30 seconds. Do 3 sets.
