JUNE DAIRY MONTH EVENTS
Outagamie County Breakfast on the Farm
The Outagamie County Breakfast on the Farm will be held May 29th from 9 to 11 am at Cuff Farms at N2299 Ledgehill Road in Hortonville. It is a ticketed event. $20 Adults 13 and up, $10 for kids 12 and under. There is about a $2 service fee per ticket. The breakfast will be casual, served buffet style from 9 am-11 am. We will be cooking most of the food right there over our wood-fired pit. Our menu will be our own bacon, sausage, asparagus, and eggs with homemade donuts and sourdough bread. We will have a marked walking path available with a loop around the farm for those who would like a little adventure. Our outdoor play area will be open as well with our combine slide, rock n' rollers, and bale maze. Again, this is a ticketed event with limited spots.
Manitowoc County Breakfast on the Farm
The 2018 Manitowoc County Breakfast on the Farm will be taking place at the United Vision Dairy at 12434 Tannery Road in Mishicot. The breakfast runs from 8 am to noon. Cost is $7 for adults, children ages 5 to 10 are $4. Age 4 and under are free. Attractions include: guided farm tours, bring your own camera for photo with a calf, children's activities, cow bounce house, Dairy Princess & Miss Farm Bureau crowning at 9:30 am, and music by the Jerry Krueger Band. The breakfast includes a ham & cheese omelet, sausage, variety of cheeses, strawberry yogurt, cinnamon bread & butter, donut holes, milk, orange juice & coffee, and ice cream sundaes.
Kewaunee County Breakfast on the Farm
The Kewaunee County Breakfast on the Farm will be held on Sunday, June 17th at the Junion Homestead Farm at E1939 CTH K in Casco. Breakfast will be served from 8 am to noon with a mass at 7 am. Cost is $6 ages 12+, $3 for ages 4-12 and free for those under age 3. Enjoy brunch, horse-drawn wagon rides, a petting zoo, entertainment, ice cream cones, farm tours, antique tractor show & more!
Sheboygan County Breakfast on the Farm
It's time to celebrate the Sheboygan County Dairy Breakfast on the farm at the Rockland Dairy at W4705 County Road D on June 16th from 7 am to noon. Enjoy scrambled eggs with ham & pancakes, fruit, yogurt, milk, coffee & ice cream sundaes. Activities include a petting zoo, kids pedal pull and farm tour wagon rides, plus Addie the Cow will be there! The Fairest of the Fair will also make an appearance you you'll want to check out the educational stations. Adult tickets are $7 in advance and $8 at the door.
Brown County Breakfast on the Farm
Celebrate the Brown County Breakfast on the Farm on Sunday, June 17th at New Horizons LLC at 4240 Rosin Road in Depere. There will be a church service at 7 am and breakfast served 8 am to noon. Your cost of $7 gets you a homemade breakfast of ham & cheese scrambled eggs, porkies, deep fried cheese cinnamon rolls & Culvers frozen yogurt. There's also a farm tour, music, kids activities & more.
Sundae Thursday will be held in Two Rivers on June 21st, Kemps Ice Cream Sundaes will be served from 5:30 to 8 pm for only 25 cents. There will also be children's games, inflatables, family entertainment, segway rides and a sundae eating contest beginning at 6:30 pm. The Two Rivers Municipal Band takes the stage at 7 pm. All events will be held in and around Central Park.
Sundae on the Farm
The Calumet County's Sundae on the Farm will be held June 24th from 11 am to 3 pm at the Matt-n-Ney Holstein Farm at 23226 West Hillcrest Road in Brillion. There will be kids games, Uncle Bobby the Clown, and a petting zoo. Addie the Cow will be there, too! There's free milk, cheese...and and burgers & grilled cheese sandwiches are available for purchase. And there's traditional ice cream sundaes!
