No Masks, No Pants - Big Problem
Being caught without a face mask in public amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is enough to catch a few side eyes from other people...as is being caught in public without pants on. So imagine the looks a Vermont man got when he showed up at Dunkin' Donuts without either.
Detective Sergeant Richard King of the Ludlow Police Department told the Daily News that the man, later identified as Benjamin Stearman, strolled into the coffee shop and exposed himself to the cashier. But the odd part is that he had pants with him, but instead of wearing them, he was just carrying them around.
According to the Ludlow Police Department's Facebook page, who shared a non-exposed photo of Stearman taken from security footage of the incident, he drove off in "a small black car."
He was found a few weeks later, arraigned, and charged with "lewd and lascivious conduct" in addition to "a probation violation related to a sex offense."
Despite this not being Stearman's first offense like this, he is not listed on the sex offender registry.
